I graduated from Plekhanov Russian University of Economics with a degree in Management. But could I imagine that I would be a manager of a pig farm or Breeding director? – Sure, I couldn’t!

I entered the company as an Office-manager and already in 6 month thanks to our management team started to work as a farm manager assistant. I was provided with a comprehensive support, that made my transfer and adaptation so simple and fascinating. Having made great efforts and gained the experience, I was given a chance to lead the farm. Now I am Multi-Site Manager of two our production sites with the full responsibility for their performance focusing on efficiency, competitiveness, high standard results and comfortable conditions for animal welfare.

I also graduated from Financial University under the Government of the Russian Federation with a degree in Corporate Finance. It would seem, nothing about pigs again... But this education helps me a lot to have a global picture on my work. Pig management is learned by 'doing' as we all are lucky to be surrounded by highly qualified team.
